SHIPPING , RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Hi thank you you for stopping by! When you place an order, you will receive your order based on the shipping option you select. Please note the shipping interval is not from the date you placed the order, but after the 1-3 business day processing date. After we have received payment authorization, the 1-3 business day order processing begins. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier tracking information.
- STYLISHME accepts returns but does not currently accept exchanges
- You MUST receive authorization before shipping ANY returns to us. Once you submit your return requests, we will approve your return within 12 hours. Once it approves, you will get a Return Authorization Number(RA#) and the return address
- At this moment, you will need to mail the returned items to us on your own cost.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges without the Return Authorization Number. You must obtain an authorization number before you can return your package.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number of the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. We are not responsible for any loss of the return packages.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We currently do not accept exchanges.
